Heavy blacks and dynamic composition
Oliveira’s style reminds me of a mix of Rafael Alberquerque, Gabriel Ba, Ale Garza, and a little bit of Sean Murphy. His use of heavy blacks, gray tones, and sketchy lines creates very atmospheric compositions that are very dynamic. Check out more of his work on his DeviantArt page.
